Our warranty does not cover materials naturally subject to wear or variation, including marble, leather, fabric, paint, veneer, foam, plywood, or fiberglass. Exclusions also apply to:

• Damage due to improper use, neglect, abuse, or lack of maintenance
• Exposure to sunlight, water, or weather (outdoor use voids warranty unless specified)
• Pet damage, accidents, or natural events such as flooding, fire, or wind
• Normal compression of cushion fillings, fabric fading, or any wear considered a result of regular use

Products resold or relocated outside mainland US or Canada

If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, Sohnne will provide replacement parts at no cost (lead time: 8–12 weeks). For soft component concerns, we may approve and reimburse local repairs with advance approval and proper documentation. For commercial customers, any repair or replacement will be at Sohnne’s discretion, with labor or shipping costs covered by the customer.
